How to request deletion of your data from Talous

Talous (operated by Edge Point) lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how. It complements the rights described in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include enough detail for us to identify your records — for example, the email address associated with your Talous account, or, if you submitted a lead form, the advertiser/business it belonged to and the details you provided. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, to protect your data.

What we delete

• Your Talous account and profile data.
• The advertising-account data we hold on your behalf, where you are the account owner.
• Lead-form submissions we processed, subject to the section below.

We may retain limited information where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax, security, or dispute resolution); anything retained is kept only as long as necessary.

Timeline

We aim to action verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm once complete.

If you submitted a lead form

When you submit a lead form on an advertiser’s ad, that advertiser (our customer) is the primary controller of your data; Talous processes it on their behalf. We will forward your deletion request to the relevant advertiser and assist them in actioning it. You may also contact the advertiser directly.
